USING YOUR DESIGN AND OUR EXPERTISE
The design stage is the most critical part of the building process, which determines not only, how it looks but how much it will cost and what the continued running costs will be. Most people know exactly what they want, so we can help you simplify the process of getting your ideas on paper with a fixed fee.
WE VISIT YOU
We map the internal floor layout of your house and draw it up professionally on an A3 sheet – you can use this PDF copy to print out and try your hand at creating a design for your renovation or extension. Seeing your house mapped on paper lets you take a bird’s eye view and aids the process of tweaking the size, layout and function of rooms to improve your property.
WHAT YOU GET
We conduct a site measure of your home, and photograph the interior rooms and exterior elevations.
Our measurements are converted to a computer drafted plan, complete with windows, doors and dimensions.
You will receive a memory stick with your PDF floor plan and site photos + three printed hard copies of the plan.
*Our fees are based on an average 3 brm single story house up to 150m² – two story and larger homes will incur additional estimated costs.
These LAYOUT plans of how things are can be used for future Building or Resource Consent applications, and the cost of producing them will be discounted off the price of your Building Consent or Resource consent application fees.
