3D House – Your House Mapped in 3D
We Visit You
The ultimate aid to developing designs for your extension or renovation is to have your house mapped in 3D so you can create solutions using perspective views and elevations of your house.
We conduct a site measure of all the internal room layouts including doors and windows. We measure the exterior elevations including window heights so you have an accurate plan of how your house looks from all compass points. With the site measurements we draw a 3D computer model of your house to allow us to generate these elevations and perspective views.
QUALITY PLANS
Mapping your house onto a quality plan set, not only allows you to trial design options for your home improvement, they will also form the Existing Floor plans required for future Consent plans.
Here is what you get:
- The Floor LAYOUT plan.
- Exterior elevations of all walls including joinery and roof lines
- Perspective views from our 3D model
- You will receive a memory stick with your PDF plans and site photos + three printed hard copies of the plan sheets.
*Our costs are based on an average 3 brm single story house up to 150m² – two story and larger homes will incur additional estimated costs
